When using winlog with megasquirt that uses 4bar map sensor, the readings are off. No problem with megatune for the values can be compensated trough the selection of map sensor type used.

This provison is not found in Winlog which tends to use the default readings for the 250kPa map sensor only.

Please advise on how I can compensate the offset.

You should be able to come up with a translation table to correctly map the sensor for use with WinLog.

By default, as with TEWBLOG, WinLog displays the voltage of the User Inputs (which you are connecting the MAP sensor to). It doesn't know anything about the actual device that is connected. To describe the device, you normally would generate a "translation table", which translates the voltage to something meaningful (in your case, you want to translate voltage to kPa or psi).

To do this, do the following:
Select View->Device Configuration
Expand the "TechEdge Wideband" device branch
Click on the input that the MAP sensor is connected to (probably User1, 2, or 3 volts)
Click "Settings"
Add points to the translation table to translate voltages to your units.
You can also change the name of the field to something more appropriate.

You can then point a gauge to this new field, log it etc.

Thanks Justin. I got that but I found that if I edit that on a dash, it will also efect other dash too.

At the moment, I have to re-edit the config if using a different type of sensor. Not a big deal but sometime it will be overlooked and resulted with a wrong readout.

When adding points to the translation table do you input a start point and finish point, for example 0.0V = 0kpa and 5.0V = 250kpa, and let WinLog work out all the points in between from this or do you have to enter specific values all the way from 0.0V >> 5.0V that corespond to the relevent kpa figure, i.e. 0.0V = 0kpa, 0.5V = 0.4kpa, 1.0V = 0.8kpa etc. etc. all the way to 5.0V?

Yes, if the sensor has a linear transform, simply put in two points, and WinLog will interpolate all of the values between them.
