Overlooking something simple here, I would guess. I have a 2J1. The rpm gauge works and the one user input I have connected also displays voltage reading on a gauge. However, I have no output displayed on the AFR gauge, just a steady "10.08." The Narrowband Sim is connected to the vehicle ECU and is working. Also the WBLin+ may be read with a voltmeter and displays correct values.

Your suggestions are appreciated!

Here's an excerpt from an email conversation that I was having with Peter, a little while back, I had a bunch of users have problems with the 2j1, this might be the first thing you check:

> Peter,
> I've had a few issues from users with the 2J1 wideband, saying the the AFR does not report, even though the logger correctly connects to the unit. Has the packet structure for the 2J1 changed, or is there any difference that I should be aware of?

Hi Justin. No. I'm thinking there may be some EE corruption, somehow changing something. Can you ask them to either:

1. get back to me at (send peter an email)

2. Reflash and try again - if it works then contact me (see above)

2. contact me and I'll organise a replacement so we can get
the unit back here to test.

I had a similar issue but later noticed I had a newer version WB that required a check box checked that made it read to 8V or something crazy. It totally changed the scale and the laptop and my ECU started reading properly after that.

I assume from the lack of response no one found a cure for this problem ?
its just its race season starts soon and it would be good to have the 2j1 working properly
