Hi Guys,
I have a 2eo that I have been using for tuning the megasquirt ecu on my 31 year old kawasaki z650, it has been a great tool and I would never have been able to tune the bike this well without it.
The problem I am having now is that the display on the unit is reading correctly the output to the ecu ( that I log using a palm PDA) is giving a reading that is not stable jumping from 10 afr to 13 to 16 etc while the display is stable at 13.2. Can anyone help?
Thanks

Cheers

Dave

Hi.
There was just a Guy with the same symptoms at the 2J Subforum a few days ago. May it be possible that the sensor got clogged or defective in any other way? If you have a spare-sensor this would be a easy workaround to make sure that the sensor itself is not the root cause.
Did you try to make a free air calibration?

Hi Thomas, thanks for the reply. I tried a mates controller and it worked fine (steady readings)on my sensor (although it was not calibrated for it) It os definitely the controller that is displaying ok but giving a jumpy output on the WBlin+ output. I will take a video of the 2 displays and post it.
